We want you to be fully informed of any costs associated with your pet's care. Please make sure you receive a written estimate before leaving the hospital. Changes in your pet's condition or new information can dictate a change from the initial course of treatment. We attempt to apprise you of these changes as they occur, but we encourage you to ask for any financial estimates or information you need at any time.
Payment in full is expected at the time service is rendered. A deposit will be required if your pet is hospitalized. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Additionally, CareCredit is offered by the surgery, cardiology, internal medicine and oncology services. In order to fulfill our agreements with the bank and credit institutions and avoid fraud, all payment forms except cash must be made by the person owning the card or checking account and that person must present a valid ID. Additionally, if you already have a CareCredit account, you must present the CareCredit card (or a second ID) and credit line authorization form (we can check this when you arrive if you prefer).
The receptionist scheduling your initial appointment can advise you of the costs associated with your appointment time. However, they cannot predict nor quote other costs of care that your pet may need - that will be given to you during your initial appointment.
